We will have 2 adults and 1 2 year old (well 2 5/12 but its under 3 that counts right?) so only 2 people on the plan? Also I also read on another post about free dining plans in off seasons? Is February typically in that time? Given that we will pay for it, has anyone used this and can you recommend it or not? Thanks all. Mr. Disney Geek Sr.

We have been to WDW 3 times in Feb and we LOVE going then. It pretty busy pres day week (don't go to MK on sun or mon that week) but we love it. ENJOY!!

Also sun-n-fun is right, free dining has been mid August till late September for the last 3 years (at least). February is on the slower side, so you can hope for some specials comming your way, but there is no garentee and I know of know specials that usually run during that time.
