I bet your version of The Black Hole beats the socks off the original!

I remember a Disney channel of a very long time ago where I saw movies like "The Love Bug" and "Bedknobs and Broomsticks" (the chopped version) for the first time. Now, they hardly ever play any animated classics on that channel anymore, and you can only see the great live action films on TCM, and even that hardly ever happens. Please, oh, please let's have a channel where they will show every single Disney movie and cartoon ever made, and I do mean EVERYTHING.

Blecch. No, you most definitely do not want to see EVERYTHING. Why waste your time on Disney's worst trash when there's so much fantastic stuff out there by other folks?

Oh, yes. The animated sequels to the Disney animated classics (besides "Fantasia 2000" and the "Toy Story" films) are vastly inferior to the originals in terms of animation, characters, stories and music.

Personally, I loved "Something Wicked This Way Comes". Is it a great film? Not necessarily, but it's far from awful and its become a Halloween-time must for our family every year. Jonathan Pryce's portrayal as "Mr. Dark" was quite chilling, enough so that he gave a friend of mine nightmares as a kid while watching the film!

Twas absolute unmitigated unwatchable badly animated stupidly written steaming fetid trash from the deepest depths of 7th toy marketing hell. It was Disney's attempt to do a Care Bears knockoff, but unlike the Care Bears it was so bad it never got past the pilot episode. The Care Bears were animated better too.

If by some ghastly twist of childhood fate you're feeling nostalgic for it, the following should get you over it within seconds. (Emphasis on "should." Unfortunately I know better than to use "will." But if you can't find something better to spend your time on than this, here's your sign.)
