    I just went to the Toys R Us in our area of Norhtern California and they are closing the stores so all of the Disney Movies right now are 20% off so I thought that was a good deal. The stores closing in my area are Vallejo, Fairfield and Anitoch.

    No not the Concord one I was just there last week so buy our DS some Play Station games and they are not closing. I guess I would be sad if that one closed also then we would not have one anywhere near us.

    FiveBearRugs, I wish I new. I was really sad when I went to the store and all the closing signs were up. I heard on the news a few nights ago that they were closing quite a few stores. It just seems like alot in my area. Are they closing any near anyone else?

They are due to close the end of Feburary, but I haven't seen any good deals, and I'm not interested in most of the remaining merchandise.
    I think the whole attitude of the stores changed when they remodeled about 5-6 years ago. It seemed like most of the toys went, and they started to center on educational stuff. When the amount of model cars/airplanes went from a whole floor to ceiling aisle, to a small corner in the back of the building, I lost interest.
