There was something that I had seen over the summer for her (and neglected to buy then!) and could not find anywhere else but Disney World. I had no phone number except for a general Walt Disney phone number. After a few minutes, I was able to talk to someone in the store that I wanted to make the purchase in. Needless to say, before I had them send the gift to me, I found out that someone I knew was going down for a trip and offered to pick it up for me to save on costs. But anyway, Disney was very accommodating...so give it a try.
