I loved the Mermaid ride at DCA, but this looks like it's better.

There is likely more work to be done inside, but it looks like they could almost open it to guests in a matter of days. In one of the other stories, I found a rough schedule for when they're opening the various phases:

•July 2012: Both sides of Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Dumbo’s big top tent queue, and Casey Jr. kids’ water-play area
•Holidays 2012: Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid, Enchanted Tales with Belle, Be Our Guest Restaurant, Gaston’s Tavern, and Ariel’s Grotto.
•2013: Princess Fairytale Hall (meet-and-greet area)
•2014: Seven Dwarfs Mine Train attraction
