I did manage to take a video, with my digital camera, from the beginning of Walt's speech to the end when the doves were released. It's a 52 second, 20 meg, avi file, which is larger than some ISP's allow for e-mailing. I would be happy to share it though.

For some reason the sound is very poor near the flagpole. (And it is not that far away.) I was about 15 feet east of where Pirate Princess took her photographs and was able to see and hear the ceremony quite well. I really enjoyed the All-American College Band. Right next to me was a Disneyland video crew so it was recorded. I did not ask how the video would be used.
