One of the key things you and your daughter need to keep in mind about the CP is that it's more about working for Disney as a front-line CM than it is a typical internship. If she does well enough in one of those jobs as a CP cast member, she may be given the chance to participate in the advanced internships, which are more like standard internships and that may give her a leg up on getting a job with the Company after school. In any case, she can't apply for the CP until her first semester in college, so she'll have some time to find out more about it.

It was his first job (ever) and he loved it...he had never been away from home and he had a ball.... Now, he has been accepted (I think starting in August) to work in DW under their college program.... I plan on seeing him in Florida when we have our vacation at Christmas time I really can't tell you much....except like I said.....he made alot of friends and had so much fun...
