Great DTD district, and great Grand hotel, and many CMs who are wonderful, albeit underpaid. DLR is the place where dreams do come true (don't accept bigger substitute resorts, as all they have going for them is size, and size does not matter to me, but QUALITY DOES, and DLR has it.)

I have been to both, but I go to WDW a lot more, as it's only 7 hours drive. I like them both in their own ways for different reasons. I will say this, DCA and MGM both sucked for a long time. I am beginning to warm to MGM, maybe because my kids are getting a little bit older I dunno. But pound for pound you really can't compare DL to all of WDW. It's an apples to oranges comparisson. If I could only ever go to one of the two and never visit the other one ever again, I would have to choose WDW. And don't tell anyone, but I would bet it's more important to the company bottom line as well.

DL has much better quality offerings than WDW's huge property. No one denies there is more ot do at WDW, but that pales when the maintenance and upkeep, and overall attraction qualities are higher at DLR than WDW. Sorry but size does not make WDW a better place, unless you 1) like to settle for less, or 2) never been to DLR.
