My parents recently went to a business conference that was themed to be green this year (recycled paper name tags, etc), and I just laughed at how much damage they were doing to the environment by having the conference, getting thousands of people to travel across the country, handing out books and pamphlets that nobody will ever read. They could have told everybody to stay home and participate in the conference by using video chat, but that wouldn't have been as fun. Disney can try and make their cruise ships as environmentally-friendly as possible, but when you look at it from the most basic perspective, it's an industry designed to create waste. And anything less would get terrible reviews by the vacationers. I, for one, say they're doing a great job of being a cruise line, to heck with the environment!

I despise environmental groups, they can all go to hell as far as I am concerned... There can be a balance between being green, and living a normal life, but these groups want us to do nothing but sit in our homes all day and "save" the previous environment.... I do agree it is an issue, but there is a fine line between protectin gthe environment and being stupid, and the latter is what the groups are being...
