Along with new technology and lighting, all systems are go. Riders of California Screamin’ at Disney’s California Adventure will also be treated – and bopping – to a new groovin’ soundtrack. I'm awed that it's open to residents of Quebec, since Quebec law states I beleive it's something like half the prizes awarded must be in Quebec. (In Canada the vast majority of contests are Except in Quebec for this very reason).

If someone turns it down, then the computer can pick a new location and time (though sometime in the next hour or so) to find another person. They figure many folks who win the room, will either say yes, or realize they can't use it, and will turn it down within a few minutes, and not the complete 2 hours.
