The dragon beneath the castle was awesome. Watched the day parade and the castle lighting shows. Parade was nice, maybe a B+. Castle candle lighting show was just OK. I give it a C. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the park. It is really filthy compared to what I am used to. Why is this I wonder? Even WDW looks better, and I think WDW really needs improvement. Well, time to hit the sack. EMH tomorrow morning. More later.

Must have really been a mess before Cars and Crush opened. RNRC was what I expected. Armageddon bored me, but Im glad I saw it seeing that it most likely won't be duplicated anywhere else. Crush was a nice little coaster but the Nemo effct was stuck in a 2 second continuous loop. Can't believe they let it run like that. Bad show. Expected a little more from Crush, but I still liked it. Animagique and Cinemagique were fun. Parade was OK. I probably have to reuse myself from comments because I am just too spoiled and biased from expriencing TDL's entertainment. Did the animation building which was nothing unique. Skipped Backlot Tour and Moteurs Action because it just seemed like the same offerings from D-MGM. Did all attractions and shows I wanted to, was able to take all my pics, and still had time left to shop. Small park indeed. Tomorrow I'll head back to DLP. Have a lot more I want to do there.

If you get the chance, be sure to check out Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show. It really is a gem, and one of my favorite attractions by Disney anywhere. As for the parades and live entertainment, I agree DLP is behind DL and from what I hear TDL. Shame Tarzan is no longer on though - that's my favorite live show at any Disney park. Be sure to check out the Lion King show too. IMHO it beats anything in WDW and is on par with DCA's Aladdin.

Nemo is good, boarderline great, but still it takes the bronze in my books. But then again I prefer Tarzan's story and movie to Finding Nemo. I also love the mesh of languages in DLP's Tarzan.

Dave, I'm sure your tour is extra special...we all so love our "home parks" don't we (especially us ex-pats getting our Disney fix at the "remote outposts" lol). Make you a deal, I'll give you the ultimate tour (gotta warn you though, it will be 50% Disney or less...so the rest of the Disney days you're on your own and I'm sure you can more than find your way around!), if you will do the same for us. When we visit the Paris resort though, should we pack a shovel so we can wade through the garbage more easily? j/k

DLP has so much potential to be a great park if only they got their operations in better order.

I think NEMO has better staging and the orginal songs from the creators of AVEUNE Q are outstanding. Living in Connecticut and seeing NEW YORK theater since I was a kid has really created a LOVE of theater for me. And I have seen lots of theater. For me, NEMO is truly outstanding. I wish they could expand it a bit and send it to Broadway. LOVED IT!!!! Do yourself a favor and download the alubum from iTUNES. Give it a chance my friend.

Kinda sucks too, because the percussionists absolutely suck here and I can play circles around every one of them!
