Another website hinted at issues with the newly reconfigured DLRR, stating that often only one train is actually running due to "mechanical issues". I presume this has a lot to do with the new Track Configuration? Are the new turns causing excess wear on the wheels resulting in issues with the trains, or is it something else that is causing these problems?
Trains are made to go left and right just like the Matterhorn won't fall over if the lagoon is drained. I agree they probably need some TLC from sitting for a year.
Neither can I. Glad to hear that this is probably just normal "we've been sitting around for 18 months and need a little TLC now." I would have thought that they might have taken that time to make sure that the Locomotives were all in tip-top running order. Hopefully they will all be working fine again soon.
WOW. I love the new landscaping. And yesterday, they were running four trains. Other than the Fred Gurley, I didn't happen to notice what engines they were running. There were delays, including a few occasions where we had to stop off-spot and wait before spotting at stations; I hear that signaling issues were to blame.
