There is a basis dress code that includes what they refer to as "gang" look as well as behavior that will not be tolerated. You need to check it out to get the full effect. My question is does WDW need some type of "Park Rules" list that is given to all guest on entering the parks. Not specifically this one but something that addresses the outragous, borish, slovenly and sometimes dangerous behavior of some of the guests. I know that many may not read it but if it was part of the park entry procedure and then enforced it might improve the park experience for all of us. Just a thought.

Would it make it easier to eject someone from the park for rules infractions...maybe legally if the rules are on the media...but then are we going to ask the CM's to enforce this ? Will they be able to ? And would we be willng to add more 'security' personnel to the parks to accomplish this....all fair questions.

It shouldn't be a problem. Now as far as a visable tatoo being a "problem" that may seem over the top, however what if it were a tatoo of a nazi symbol or a confederate flag with a slur under it. That could be a HUGE problem. When making rules you can't nickle and dime. While a cute little rose on your ankle seems harmless, the tatoos I've described above could potentially cause a violent situation. Also keep in mind rules are made because there is a NEED for them. If a rule seems bizarre it's because there has been a significant problem with a specific situation. If it says no visable tatoos there obviously was an issue with a tatoo.

It has been scientifically proven that people who are more dressed up behave better. Does this mean that everybody should dress like they're going to the prom so Junior doesn't pee in a bush? No, but maybe we could make the rules a little stronger. I really don't see how it could hurt any.

Busch Gardens did use standardc metal detectors, if I recall correctly. My guess is that due to the thrill rides in the park (though the coasters there are hardly thrilling as they're all 'junior' sized models!), Cypress Gardens might be afraid of luring teenage gangs.

A code will never happen because the above example would. And WDW cares more about bad publicity than it cares about removing boorish guests that should be at Six Flags!
