I am really picky about hotels tho. Partly because I am a germophobe and partly because my parents spoil me.

So I was looking @ the DoubleTree Guest Suites and I was wondering if anyone has stayed there and has any comments? Is it realistic to walk Disneyland or how is the shuttle service?

This is my first time not staying @ a Disneyland Resort hotel and I have to admit I am a little paranoid. Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated!!!

YOu may want to try their name your own price - I just got the Marriot on convention way for $55 a night in late June. I have in the past couple of month bid no more than $55 and stayed and the Hilton (near stadium - beautiful) Courtyard (beach blvd - beautiful). Call the Doubletree and see how far they are and if they are on the ART shuttle line - most anaheim hotels are.

You could try tripadvisor.com to read reviews on the DoubleTree.

The only downside is that it is not within walking distance. We have PAP so we just drive to the park.
