He's not really adding anything to the show at this point, other than being a jerk. He's obviously holding something over the new ladies maid's head, but he just has no redeeming qualities. Even when he ratted out the awful nanny, he didn't really do it out of concern for the children. Also, I don't think even he truly knew what that nanny was actually doing to the children. It was coincidence that she was also an awful person. But, considering what he's gone through at that house and the HUGE favor that they did by even allowing him to stay on and cover up his actions, he really should be more humbled. Instead, he seems to have gotten worse. Oh, and I'm really glad they ended season 4 on a positive note, it was very sweet. Nobody had to die, and there were no dramatic cliffhangers. Just a sweet moment.
