Our kids live in Davis/Sac/Elk Grove and they have been talking about the closure but I couldn't quite figure out why it would effect them. Now I realize that it moves that traffic to 99 and the roads that they travel for work etc. We are heading that way next Saturday, we'll give ourselves extra time just in case.
