MMM is available if you book as a package (through costco, AAA, or Disney Travel) sometimes people here have extra MMM passes and will pass them on otherwise you can try EBAY although in watching ebay you may find them very cheap or very pricey (depends on the day) You don't need EE to do MMM - If you get the passes for MMM you simply go in to DL at regular opening and go straight to Toontown. Toontown opens to park guests one hour after park opening but MMM starts when the park opens and the celebration with the toontown mayor starts about 20 mins after the park opens - giving people time to get there.
