We got a great rate and are booked at the Park Vue Inn for 6 nights (april 15-21). Tripadvisor has decent reviews of the place within the past year, however, having read some reviews of this place on laughing place we are a little leary of it. We have looked at other harbor hotels but they are almost double our rates at Park Vue. So it's either stay at Park Vue or go in the offseason. Due to dh's work schedule we can bump up our trip to March 28-April 3. We can stay 2 nights on a hotel on harbor and 4 nights at the DLH. We have never stayed at either the DLH or Park Vue before and have only stayed at Tropicana, BW PPI, and GCH. What would you do? By the way we have 2 young kids and 8 year old and a 5 year old. e of move our trip dates to a moreLoooking at dh's worWe want to stay w/in walking distanceWe looked at other hotels on harbor, but are unwilling

You couldn't PAY ME to stay at a hotel with cockroaches (as was Wendy's experience), so for me it wouldn't be a bargain.

Yes, it is very crowded, however I like the energy, late hours, and full show schedules. If you hit the parks when they open, take a break in the afternoon, and then go back late afternoon, it's very managable. Whatever you decide, have a great trip!

Staying onsite is also a very magical experience for me. I don't know what I would do. I guess if you don't mind the crowds and trust the Park Vue, I would go Easter. However, if you don't like the crowds and don't care to find out while on your trip that the hotel is horrible (if it is), than I would go off peak. Good luck!

We've just booked the DLH for 4 nights and Tropicana for 2 nights. I guess we'll have to miss out on the Alice in Wonderland Easter brunch, but we'll just have to schedule in more character meals and enjoy the infamous Neverland Pool. Thanska again guys.
