As for the offhand comment about my name, "Dznydad", that made me laugh.
    Yes, Elias is "Disney's Dad."
Let me explain my own moniker.
I bought a new car and I'm the father of three wonderful kids.
As a gift, my wife and kids went to register the cars without me, and applied for vanity plates. My car is now labeled "Dznydad" and my wife, Rebecca (talk about synergy) decided to call herself "Dznymom."
It was sweet and wonderful, despite denying me my anonymous driver rights.
When I applied for this wonderful Laughing Place forum, I mistakenly typed in Dyznydad, an extra Y there, instead of my true "license place" name, Dznydad.
It made logging in very hard for a bit.
What my wife and children told me is that I have been an art teacher for over 10 years.
Every year I have around 200 plus students.
I seem to be a "dad" to most of these kids.
Most of the kids I teach live in projects, or in cars, or on the street. Many of my students have no father or any active parent to give them love or direction.
My tales of "Disneyland" are dreams to them. I'd love to take all of them to the "Happy Place," one day.
One year, the seniors at my school named me "Most Likely to Live at Disneyland."
    I loved it.
Having my children and wife tag me as "Dznydad" meant a lot to me.
My wife and kids realized that I'm not just their personal "dad," but the "Dznydad" of 200 plus kids every day.
I play Laughing Place radio while the kids are hard at work on their art. They love it. Because they know, I am "Dznydad."
God bless Elias. I only hope he is happy that I just try to spread the love of art and hope to all of my "kids."
I did not call myself Dznydad. My family did. My students have.
Every day, I hope I can achieve the full potential of being the "Dznydad."
