But I have a question: in this video, you can clearly see the Yeti. But, for me, it seems to be a projection and not an audio animatronic at all. Has anyone an answer ?

Looks cool, however, I am a little dissapointed as the Lava Monster at TDS seems more impressive. But this is only on film, and there's no doubt live is the best way. Also, so effects may not be working yet.

Either way, this seems to be a wonderful addition to DAK.

Blazesoffire - you will indeed need quicktime to view it.

The key word in your sentence is "looks." Rest assured Disney designs all their attractions with sufficient clearance for even the most ape-limbed guest.

The AA appears in the last tunnel before pulling into the station.

    SPOILERS

It looks great -- it's based on the technology of 'The Mummy' using two tracks [one on the way up, one on the way down].

Like the detail of the snow covered cliffs and so forth...

And I really like the projected Yeti footage -- very cool.

    Looks like fun.

As for the quality of the Yeti AA over the Lave Monster, you're going past the Yeti so quickly on the video how could you tell? Seems you travel past the LM much slower then pick up speed after you pass as opposed to zipping under the Yeti on a coaster run.
