The FIRST plastic surgery (I'm thinking there was just the one on the cover of Thriller, right? One nose job?), was okay and an improvement.

It just seemed to me that at that very instant he should have stopped. I think the first nose job was evident on Off The Wall. It's barely noticable but the nose is 'aesthically' different.
