Experiences with pre-booked private shuttles?

Any positive/negative feedback with doing this? They want our credit card number to book, so I'm trying to be careful...

We pre-booked once with primetime because we had a big group and thought it might be necessary. Flight ended up late, so I don't know if the shuttle we supposedly reserved actually showed or not. When we got out, we went to a prime time employee and had to wait for him to get one for us, just like we have when we didn't pre-book. We ended up having to pay for that one, then calling the place to have them cancel our pre-booked credit card fee.

From my experience, they were fine to work with getting our money back and everything, but it just was pointless to pre-book. I can't say if a shuttle had been there waiting for us because we were late, but I got the feeling it didn't really make a difference and it only complicated things to have done the pre-booked credit card thing.
