The first to call to make a reservation for the balcony that night will get the first seats, the second reservation gets seated next, and so on. The desserts are served before the show. I can't remember exactly when they start seating. They should be able to tell you when you stop by guest services on the day of the show to pickup your tickets. Have fun, it's a great place to see the show from.
