I did read that you can see the fireworks but I think it was from the balcony seats which is no longer available. I do know that once you check in for the Fantasmic seating you can show up like 10 minutes before the show.

Fireworks can be seen very well from the Riverside seating areas. Personally, I would do fireworks and Fantasmic seating on different nights. However, a Sunday night in May might be doable. Someone will need to be able to check you in for seating, get back to Main Street for the fireworks, then everyone needs to get back to Fantasmic seating. That's a lot of crowd to work through!

Has anyone been successful at seeing the Electrical Parade and then getting over to Disneyland to see the fireworks?
