If you watch the first show on a night when there's fireworks, you can stay along the ROA and watch the fireworks, so you're there almost 45 minutes. The VIP seating is nice if you don't want to find a good spot an hour to two hours before the show. You can get there at a reasonable time and enjoy other attractions while everyone else is sitting on their tooshies waiting.
