I've never seen Fast Pass lines like that before and was curious to see if anyone else had noticed this situation.

Sure Test Track breaks down more than others, but when FP lines are thick for Splash or Spiderman day after day you don't need a graduate degree to understand what forces are in play. So, kpwdwfan, going back to the opening of your thread, I too have noticed the situation. For what that's worth

I could say they issue less...without something to back it up why should we believe it has changed ? Like the rides don;t break down allthe time in summer...and like people don;t abuse the return times ? c'mon Mike-- no oneis asking for a sworn affadvit here, just some inkling someone has informatiion that this is true, other than their gut feeling...that's not too much to ask before stepping out now is it ?

I could go do searches in different boards for CM reports or insider gossip, but it's still gossip because this is the Internet. I rather not spend any time doing any of that, and if some folks don't want to believe what I or someone else says, well, then fine. Big deal. I write what I write and everyone is going to have an opinion or value just as I have about what others write. With that said, I agree with the whole breakdown thing. But on the flipside you have another disadvantage that the FP system causes during the downtime. Pre-FP if an attraction ceased operations guests would no longer be able to enter the queue. Those in the queue might be able to stay if they even want to. Now with FP, while tickets are not given out people who supposedly reserved a place in line prior to the downtime are still allowed to use their FP. BUT - before FP everyone might have been forced out of the queue to start completely over when the attraction came back up. So, in essence FP gives it's users another unfair advantage over standby guests when an attraction goes down.
