I'll have to say the Lion King. Love the instrumentals, especially "This Land" and "King of Pride Rock".

I also enjoy POTC:DMC ... I have that one on my iPod for studying.

I also enjoy The Little Mermaid, but it's only because Under the Sea was what my whole 6th grade class danced to, and I still remember it, and I'm trying to teach my girls the dance. So we listen to that song often.

Little Mermaid (Part of Your World, especially..both Jodie and Pat just ROCKED their songs!)
Hunchback (Tom Hulce's solo...oh, the chills, the gorgeous-ness!)
Pocahontas (there are some beautiful parts and the animation in The Colors of the Wind...sigh!)
Mary Poppins (especially in the overture...the strings, the harp)
    Aladdin
    Beauty and the Beast

There are moments of brilliance in many of the movies, especially since The Little Mermaid era began.

For a minute I thought you were a teacher :p

Another one came to mind recently, Oliver & Company. Billy Joel, Bette Midler, Ruth Pointer (of the Pointer Sisters) and Huey Lewis (of Huey Lewis and the News). But to really enjoy Billy Joel's number, "Why Should I Worry?", you have to see the movie or check out the Sing-Along Songs that features Dodger on the piano on the cover. And then the reprise when they're jumping car to car at the end, was fun to watch too.

I also really like all the music from Pocahontas, but I don't have that CD (yet). There are so many great ones that, honestly, I don't think I would pass up having any Disney soundtrack.
