It's so large it can only be seen and appreciated from the air, from high up, like from a plane. His eyes are in the pavement in the center of the plaza. One of his ears is the entire lagoon where Donald's boat and Gertie the Dinosaur live. Although this hidden Mickey has since taken a "hit" and one of the ears no longer exists as clearly. Replaced by remodelling and attraction installs. The hat didn't help either. Most of it's still there.

The hidden Mickey inside the "3" on the space station in the mural at the entrance to Spaceship Earth. The 3 film cannisters arranged in a display case in Expedition Everest. The hidden 'Minnie' on the Hollywood mural at the loading/unloading area for the Great Movie Ride. You can see it near the first car of the second train of cars on the left hand side of the mural. Ask a CM there to point it out to you. When you see her, it'll blow you away! And my all time favorite hidden character, Donald inside the Haunted Mansion - The creepy chair inside the Haunted Mansion to the left of the endless hallyway. Look carefully in the design and you can make out the outline of Donald's face, complete with sailor hat!
