Do you like it square or round?

Frozen or fresh from the local pizza joint?

    Gourmet or classic?

For example, Goat Cheese with Roma tomatoes and Spinach would be Gourmet.

Or classic style, a good cheesy pizza with lotsa pepperoni or any other choice of meat?

Do you like eating the leftover cold or reheated?

Which toppings simply depend on my mood. I don't really like leftover pizza. I like it best when it's right out of the oven. I can't stand cold pizza. The congealed greese makes my stomach turn.

If I absolutely have to choose a meat, it's usually canadian bacon.

    Gotta have the thick crust!!!

If thin crust - then make it beer batter crispy crust - piled high with sausage and mushrooms and maybe some black olives

But for a hot pizza...I'm all about a thick crust pepperoni and mushroom! Pizza is best with tasty mushrooms! But I like all kinds really. Used to really enjoy artichoke hearts and Canadian bacon but haven't had it in quite a while. Spinach is good on it. As are black olives. I'm not so big on green (bell) pepper on my pizza though because the flavor is so overpowering that I can't taste anything else. I prefer those cooked thoroughly; like onions, they mellow out with cooking. But I like the crust chewy. And lots of mozzerella!

Some pizza needs to have the grease reactivated, though.
