Honorable Mentions: Grand Floridian and Yacht/Beach Club. For the record, I have stayed at Yacht/Beach, Boardwalk, and the Swan/Dolphin.

A sentimental favorite too; my first and most relaxing stay at a Disney hotel (previous two visits were at the Hilton by the then Village Marketplace.)

I have also bedded down at the Grand Floridian, Contemporary, Caribbean Beach, Disney Intitute Townhomes, and the All Star Music. My next choice would be the Animal Kingdom Lodge, for the theming, the rooms with a view, and the restaurants.

I have to mention that there is a washer and dryer which no one wants to do laundry on vacation, but throwing in a load in the morning and a load at night keeps my crew in fresh clothes without bringing home thirty loads that are dirty.

Second to this is Boardwalk, which we use when I bring someone who has never been, as I feel its more impressive.

Third are the Contemporary concierge tower rooms facing the MK, because I am very nostalgic and I sit outside at night and think of all the people before me who have enjoyed such a classsic and wonderful view of the MK. I only stay there if I take the grandparents, and we plant the grandparents in other rooms with our kids, except my 2 year old who sleeps with me every night. He's my pet.
