Enjoying a romantic meal for two at Victoria and Albert's.

Seeing the look on my kids faces as the chefs creat onion volcanos at Mitsukoshi Teppanyaki.

I can honestly say I have never had a bad table service meal at WDW (except for the disappointment of the 50's Prime Time - where the cast were not in role.

But by far my favorite restaurant at WDW (and also anywhere else on the planet) is the California Grill, up on top of the Contemporary Resort. First, you have a view that's truly incredible - get a window seat on the Magic Kingdom side around sunset and watch the lights come twinkling on as you watch the boats, ferries, and monorails going about their duties. If you like sushi they've just added a world renowned sushi chef - man, them fish bits are incredible! And the tamarind bbq marinated beef filet is the best hunk of beef I've ever tasted - it literally cuts with a fork and practically explodes with flavor! Top off your meal with a cooked to order chocolate souffle with peanut sauce, and enjoy a glass or 3 from their excellent wine cellar, and you have yourself a meal!!!

We are taking my mom there is August.

Without getting into a full review, it was as fine a meal as I've had at Napa Rose, and that's saying a lot! $200/inc. tip but no wine for the two of us... not cheap, but worth it.

I'm one of those weirdos who just doesn't like dark wines. The CG usually has a fine viognet (kinda like a chardonnay but with more oomph!) that goes really well with the beef.

    Geez, I'm hungry!!!!!!
