Considering how popular Hawaii is with Japanese tourists, and how popular Disney is in Japan, I suspect that a good percentage of Aulani sales will come from the Japanese market. Think of the sales pitch: vacation ownership in Hawaii, plus the ability to use points for resort stays at Anaheim or Orlando, as well as cruise options.
