I have some ideas, you know, picture with Mickey, I'm probably going to try and hunt down all 50 pressed pennies, etc. I wondered if everyone has their own traditions or things that they do with their first timers...be it children, family, friends.

    Anyone care to share?

And I personally love the silhouettes. I had one done like 10 years ago and it's fun to compare it to the one I have now. What a great tradition that would be to get one done every year and put them on the wall to show how your baby grows up!
