It sounds like they have expanded the festival during the past year or two, so I just didn't know if it got crazy like Easter or Spring Break or one of those times. We have an 8 and a 3 year old and this is probably the last time we can pull the 8 year old out of school to go, so I want to make sure the crowds are small enough to make it worth doing.
