There is another thread in this section called *ideas for eating in the room* or something like that and I thought I had the link but I couldn't find it. Maybe you could google it (or read all these *archives*... On this last trip I took a lot of fruit, small juice bottles, cheese, mini-bagels, stuff like that and kept the cooler in the room and just used hotel ice to keep it cool. It worked great. Have fun planning.
