I shudder to think of something like that ever happening in a small space with high concentration of food trucks. I would like to believe WDW will make this Food truck plaza a priority when it comes to safety and sanitation... but still. While food trucks can come in handy for a quick snack, I only see them as a step down in Disney standards. For this we lost other counter service venues like Pollo Campero? I know Food trucks big and small are littered throughout the Disney parks but, a food truck food court? I have one thing to say about that: YUCK!

I'm all for creating unique spaces in DTD (especially Westside) since it's fairly bland at the moment, but I'm just not sure that this is the best use. On the bright side, it's bound to be a much smaller investment than building an actual building, so hopefully it can be redeveloped when the times change
