I however am glad they have fixed this fountain..concidering the summer season is around the corner and the high prices they charge for bottled water at WDW.

The only way that's possible is if there's software set up to watch for a certain poster to show up, and notify the Admin person. Kind of an internet form of wire-tapping. If the person being Admin'd were to change their name and post the EXACT same post in the same place I'd bet it would survive longer.
