This is a copy of a post I just made in another Desert Inn topic. I wanted to give it its own topic to make sure people see it. I just spoke to Detective Faulkner of the Anaheim Police. He'd like any and all information from anyone who has had a problem similar to what Wendebird and quincytoo have experienced. This type of fraud is called illegal use of funds. Whether Desert Inn is careless in their bookkeeping or intentionally committing this fraud, it needs to stop. While Desert Inn says they will reverse charges, they are not catching their errors and correcting them on their own. They are waiting for the customer to catch and report the problem. This means they have terrible financial controls. Who knows how many people have not caught these charges? Please let me know if you would like Detective Faulkner's direct phone number or if you would like me to pass your information on to him. Don't let this hotel get away with these crimes, folks!

As for the baadddd, nasty, non existant service we received...apparently that is the service given at the Anaheim Desert Inn. The blood on the pillow, the stains in the tubs, the no paper or pens, the smell of decomposting hair lurking out of the drains could be considered ..oh.....just that little extra ...to make our stay even more special.. <----off to make that very very detailed Trip Report to Trip Advisor....
