    As long as you have a valid ID indicating your birthday you can do either one. If it is for a child you need the child's birth certificate with you. You do not need a print out in order to get your birthday passport. Remember, though, that it's only good for one park. You can upgrade it to a Park Hopper for an extra cost if you want to.
