Was it house-broken? Those rocks can be pretty messy sometimes. I bought a pet rock back in the 70's, and I was constantly scooping up little pebbles from the carpet.

I am sometimes shocked to see how worked up some might become in getting a Dream Lanyard when such a 'freebie' is so small in proportion to the revenue Disney receives for that person to enter the gates. Especially with annual increases in ticket prices.

It's like giving someone a free mini-spoon taste of ice cream at Cold Stone. Nice, but I don't know, it's nice.

I'd like to see those survey takers ask guests who have won a free hat or churro if they would give it back in order to ride a new dark ride or see a brand new nighttime parade.

Now Mike, you don't actually think Disney would ask such a non-magical question of its guests, would you?

The lanyard was cool, but I wanted the overnight stay in the Castle, so I was disappointed :-(.
