I was very excited about this and got reservations for lunch on the 26th. Just wanted to let you all know in case you had not heard yet. Not happy about increased menu prices, but will still be worth it for the atmosphere I think.

You can go into Cafe Orleans without priority seating, but since it is just reopening might be a good idea to have. Sorry about the confusion. I think that Cafe Orleans is actually open before the 25th, but I am not sure what day. I know some other posts here talked about it.

On the official website you will find all sorts of information about Disney Dining options in the parks, the hotels, and Downtown Disney. The telephone number for Priority Seating at any DLR table service restaurant is (714) 781-DINE
