I would like to be able to contact them before arrival so that they can address some requests that we may have and I will not be not forced to deal with them at the last minute.

    Thanks neighbors

When I read the title I thought you were giving out a girlfriend's phone number - I assumed an ex as a way to spite her. Oops ;-)

Now what the heck does this mean? It sounds like it must be some grueling experience. I would think dealing with the concierge service face-to-face would be a delightful experience.

the whole reason the hotel is there is for the guests ease. It is their job to cater to the guest needs and wants .

It was the "I will not" phrase that made me chuckle just a little. It sounded to me like you just "would not" talk to them anymore.
