Perhaps it really is time for a draft so our military doesn't have to be so desperate about who they recruit. While I know this probably isn't the most pressing issue from the war, it seems like there's dozens of "little" stories out there like this about the consequences of the actions our country has taken.

Frankly I would be less concerned about the "bloods" being in the army, than I would with them being in my "hood". Good place for them , and they might learn some good ideals
