So, instead of quitting, I decided to get a second job because I have a lot of payments due like car, insurance, school, books and gas is a big one. Luckily I am still living with my parents so I don't have to pay rent.

I went into the movie theater, the one I quit to work at Disneyland, and talked to the general manager there. I told him I wasn't getting enough hours at Disneyland and need a second job to make enough money. I told him that he will have to work around my Disneyland schedule. I go in tomorrow to discuss some final things with him.

Basically, I am asking for prayers and well wishes. I will have to balance 2 jobs and school. I'm not very self disciplined and do not manage time well, so it will be a big challenge for me. Thank you all.

I say tell DL to take a hike if they can't provide you with steady hours.

Good luck with the two jobs. You may surprise yourself with your level of organizational skills.

They give four hours per week to the new-ish people that they want to keep around for the busy Halloween season coming up. They will increase his hours as needed.

If they didn't want him around, he'd be let go or just "not on the schedule."

Good luck juggling two jobs and school. I did if for a short time and hated it.

I'm looking forward to Halloween. From what my managers and leads say, there is a high possibility that I will be working all the Mickey's Trick or Treat, which I would enjoy.

Thank you all for your words of encouragement. I go in tomorrow to find out if the theater is taking me back or not. If not, its time for a job hunt!
