HOB might still have folks in it for a concert, but you won't be able to join them. If you're there during the week and it's NOT the holiday period, the park closes earlier (and CA Adventure generally closes 2 to 3 hours earlier than DL) and there will still be eateries and shops open in DTD, and the AMC theater will be open too.

If you stay in DTD very late (like a late movie) and you're in a theme park lot (rather than the official DTD parking), there may be a timing issue to keep in mind.
