Combine that with not actually being able to see them glowing with the show (since they're on top of your head), and it just doesn't seem like something most people would spend ~$25 on. That said, I think the Osbourne lights are the perfect venu for them. Since there are people everywhere looking in every direction, you don't need to sit in the back of the audience to see them, and it's much easier for family memebers to see them on one another

When the Electrical parade goes by, the wand changes colors to match the float in front of you.. and if I'm not mistaken, it collects colors in it's memory for a unique light show you can enjoy after the parade is over.
