I wouldn't exactly call it a flash mob but about 15-20 people did the dance routine shown in the video. They even had some of the Glow Fest dancers participating. It was fun to watch! :-D Before this there were plenty of people in the streets at another locations either following the dance steps of one of the Glow Fest dancers or dancing on their own. More than I've seen ever. I feel Glow Fest is the busiest between 8:15 and 9:30. People tend to clear out when the fireworks start at DLR.
