Hubby and I will be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary with our 3 kids (21,19,17)! Probably the last big family trip as kids are ready to get going on their own life plans!

We rented an apartment just down the street from it so she could come and go as she pleases!

DLP is generally quiet in June during the week. No school holidays AFAIK so you should get everything done in 3 days.

davewasbaloo was our resident Francophile so it is a shame he doesn't seem to post any more. I'm sure he would be full of tips if you found him on Facebook.

I personally couldn't spend an entire day at the Louvre (it's just too overwhelming to really appreciate everything you're seeing), but it might be nice to be able to do a couple shorter trips if you're nearby.

And if you want a really fun quirky place to visit, check out the Sewer Museum, along the river a couple blocks up from the Eifel Tower. It explains the history of the city and how it's grown, based on the needs for a sanitation system, all housed in a real working sewer pipe. It's really strange, but I found it completely fascinating (then again, I work with infrastructure so I may be biased).

I also hope that you will have a wonderful time at DLRP. Make sure to see Disney Dreams. Hopefully you will not be too disappointed by WDSP. Although I like the park, it's still the worst Disney has ever built. DLP on the other hand is really beautiful and it has superior versions of SM, BTMRR, POTC and PM compared to WDW. I have never been to DLR, so I don't know the rides over there.

There is just one warning I want to give you. Americans might be disappointed by the European CMs. They are just not as over friendly as you encounter them in Florida, which was too much for me.

And you have to eat at Walt's - An American Restaurant. I've always enjoyed eating there.

Agreed, while there are some poor CMs at DLP, as a European I often find US style customer service a little uncomfortable!!!

It's good to see that we are not the only ones who think that way.

I have been told about the cm's, smoking and lack of personal space in the lines, so I am prepared. Walt's is on my reservation list, I thought it looked so beautiful. Disneyland Resort is my home park so it will be interesting to see the differences. Every moment will be adventure!

You get a free Fastpass per guest per day for staying at the Disneyland Hotel - it will help you hit stuff like Peter Pan that is always busy even on quiet days.

That about covers it! The CMs are always better on slower days so weekdays in June should see better service - particularly at the full service restaurants.

The lack of personal space isn't helped by the queues - they are typically very tight which just seems to encourage it (although the French do like to virtually stand on your heels!).
