At least if they do seasonal stuff that's temporary and easy to put together .. then Disney wins by having something different to offer for November and December. But once January roles around .. then I guess it's back to the same old 'same old'. Hey .. maybe something geared to Valentines day .. just the next month. ANYTHING different than that stale old Whoopie movie! Love ya Whoopie ... but your film belongs on the History Channel.

IIRC, golden dreams was originally intended to be a more ambitious attraction called 'circle of hands' or something similar that wasn't a film at all. Without the film, it's not 'golden dreams', it's something else entirely. But WITH the film, it's always going to be the same old tired attraction, even with new gewgaws and effects added to it. I wouldn't want to see them try to 'plus' golden dreams. It's had its run, and it failed to resonate with most of DCAs audience. And the facility itself isn't suited for much more than a filmed attraction. Adding additional 'features' to this existing dud wouldn't change much. BTW, does anybody have a link to a proper description of the old 'circle of hands' proposal? In light of leemac's comments, I'd be interested in a reminder of what the original attraction was supposed to be like.

Too bad. I thought the idea of having that movie in the Sunshine Plaza to be pretty neat.
