Thursday and sundays rate is even lower - $246. Too expensive for me on this trip, but maybe someone else here can take advantage of it!

If I could ever pay that much for a hotel or motel I would never leave it (LOL).

This is the first time in many years that I may not be getting an annual pass, so I was happy to get the Disney Visa rate. And yes, I agree GMLSKIS, $276 a night IS very expensive, and that is not including taxes and the $15 Resort Fee! But rack rates usually start around $350-$375 and up, so $276 is a good deal in comparison. But if anyone wants a REALLY good deal at the GCH, there is a homeschoolers convention in the middle of September, and rates are $195! All you need to do to is stop by the booth and ask a question about homeschooling, and voila, you are a conference attendee and qualify for the special rate. Go to MousePlanet discussion board for more info, and look for the "GCH $195" thread.

I have found that with some shopping around that I can do even better than 4 nights at Super 8 or Motel 6 for that price. I have found that the deals vary year by year: One year I can get a great deal at a Holiday Inn, the next time it might be Marriott, a Best Western, etc.

Probably why it was removed the same day.
